Our clients include but not limited to Government of Rwanda, Department of Evaluation of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, Department of Evaluation (IOB) of Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, World Bank, RWI, GIZ, TMEA/EAC, CARE-International in Rwanda, REG/EDCL, RWFA, REMA, AEE, SNV, different local NGOs, and others.
