BIZIMANA Jean Marie Vianney holds a Bacherol’s Degree in Agricultural science with honours of Agroforestry and Advanced diploma (A1) in Forestry and Natural Conservation with 6 years of experience in natural resources management at national level (RNRA/RMB,IB&C). Bizimana’s experience includes forest inventory, mineral management and its traceability, afforestation, reforestation and valorization of forestry products like honey, fruits and timber…. He leads a research project for evaluation of water contamination caused by mining activities and erosion; case study: Sebeya River before entering Kivu Lake at gisenyi sector rubavu district where he found highest pollution of river in terms of heavy metals like copper. He has participated as a Consultant into several assignments into the different domains including Forestry, agriculture, energy (off grid system), socio-economy, gender, and rural development. He has a strong experience in designing, conducting surveys and online monitoring by the use-digitalized system and computing data. He is student in Masters of Environmental Economics and natural resource management (weekend program from UNILAK 2017/2018)
