Dieudonné’s long track-record for over 7years includes empirical and theoretical socio-economic projects baseline, mid-term, end-line and impacts evaluation, education sector evaluation, in different sectors such as agriculture, energy and environment, capacity building with local and international institutions such as, SSF/Global fund and World Bank. Dieudonné has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Over the past 4 years, he has acquired professional experience in the evaluation, capacity building and facilitating multi-stakeholders process and social learning. Dieudonné MUTAYIHANA has participated as a Consultant into several assignments with different domains including agriculture, energy (off grid system), socio-economy, gender, financial inclusion and rural development. He has a strong experience in designing, conducting surveys and online monitoring by the use-digitalized system and computing data.
