Ernest Ngendahayo

Ernest Ngendahayo holds a Bacherol’s Degree in Leadership/Specialization in Ministry. Ernest’s long track-record for over 5 years includes empirical and theoretical socio-economic projects baseline, mid-term, end-line and impacts evaluation, education sector evaluation, in different sectors such as agriculture and forestry, energy and environment, capacity building with local and international institutions such as, SNV and World Bank. Ernest Ngendahayo has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative evaluations. Over the past 3 years, he has acquired professional experience in the evaluation, capacity building and facilitating multistakeholders process and social learning. Ernest Ngendahayo has participated as a Consultant into several assignments into the different domains including Forestry, agriculture, energy (off grid system), socio-economy, gender, financial inclusion and rural development. He has a strong experience in designing, conducting surveys and online monitoring by the use-digitalized system and computing data.
